Before commencing the enrolment process please ensure you have the following information available as it is required to complete the application:
- Primary Guardian information including email address.
- Secondary Guardian information – only where a secondary guardian will be included.
- Documentation regarding any special considerations.
- Documentation from any court orders where applicable.
- Preferenced kindergartens and groups.
- Credit card - for payment.

Please be informed of the kindergarten groups and session times available before enrolling.
The member kindergarten pages provide a description of each participating BKCES Kindergarten and their individual programs and session times.
If you wish to make changes to a previously lodged application, you are not required to lodge a new application. Please login below and amend your application, or alternatively complete the Change of Application Details Online Form.
Important Enrolment Information
City of Boroondara understands the importance of ensuring your personal information remains secure and we communicate with you and your family members in a secure and consistent manner. The kindergarten enrolment process is an area that highlights this requirement and for this reason we will be providing all family members with a username, password, and sms authentication to ensure the person logging into the system is the correct person and has the permission to view this private information.
New user account will be either created or retrieved during your initial enrolment process depending on whether you have engaged Council in the past and your credentials are already stored in our database. While we understand this will make the process longer the first time it will ensure security of your information and shorten the process in the future.
